Sparky Harris/City of Sacramento and Adrian Engel/Mark Thomas & Company gave a presentation on the 65th Street Transit Oriented Design project at our Monthly Meeting on Friday February 5th, 2010.
This project will provide a mix of housing types, intensify mixed-use development opportunities, improve pedestrian and bicycle circulation and access to light rail, and strengthens the connection between CSUS and the East Sacramento neighborhood.
