New Construction Stormwater General Permit Impacts

The Statewide NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit was adopted on September 8, 2022 and will become effective on September 1, 2023. The new permit includes implementation requirements for watersheds with Total Maximum Daily Loads, dewatering, and passive treatment application, among many other topics.
